Miki was very easy to talk with and did and excellent presentation regarding the differences and upgrades of the 2025 QX80. We went to purchase a low mileage preowned certified QX80, Thanks to MIki it became obvious we just had to purchase the 2025. Mirnes did a wonderful job, with low pressure sales, and kept me apprised of the car's status and availability, and allowed me to decide everything for myself. Goran , the finance manager was very efficient, and streamlined the purchase process. AND the detailing for the car was spot on. Can't be happy about the "ONE Price no changes" policy, but in all fairness, the car was priced so well based on market price, that the banker who financed the car was VERY impressed with the deal I got. Nasira is very personable and was great to work with. Made the process of buying a pre-owned Jeep about as seamless as possible. Goran was informative about the dealership's financing options, although for reasons particular to my situation I financed the purchased through my credit union. But, again, he helped to make the entire "closing process" as seamless as possible.
