I brought my car into INFINITI of Gwinnett last week for service, and I had a great experience from start to finish. During the visit, they inspected my brakes and clearly explained their recommendation, even providing photos so I could see exactly what was going on. I also had my filter replaced while I was there.

INFINITI of Gwinnett Service Department is the absolute best around. We drive 2 hours to have our vehicle serviced by them because other INFINITI dealerships closer to us on the southside of Atlanta are a joke, rude, or unfamiliar with their own cars. From the first time i called this dealer their service team made us feel like family. GREG always handles any issue including warranty work professionally and with care, while getting things done timely. They have handled two warranty claims with absolute no issues, and took great care of our car as if it were their own.
