I completely understand why this is an award winning dealership. I have a 2007 G35 INFINITI sedan with 190,000 miles. In the past Harvey Hollander, service consultant, had assisted us with an ac issue caused by using a local auto repair shop back in 2018. I completed an inquiry about a INFINITI QX60 Autograph at 9 a.m., met with him at 1:30 p.m. and drove the vehicle home at 3:30 p.m. He gathered all the documents needed for the purchase and the paperwork was completed prior to my arrival. I brought my car into INFINITI of Gwinnett last week for service, and I had a great experience from start to finish.
