In 2020, the INFINITI Q60 stands out as a top choice for those wanting a sleek, refined, and contemporary car. The latest Q60 gets some notable updates inside and out, including a new infotainment system that is easier to use and more feature-friendly than before. The infotainment surpasses that of the 2020 Mercedes-Benz C 300, which is one of the Q60’s competitors. The Q60 surpasses the C 300 in other ways including a more noticabley plush and comfortable ride. The 2020 Q60 can even be accented in a truly customized appearance this year with the availability of a special commemorative package that celebrates INFINITI’s 30th production year. The Q60 has a large, spacious, and luxurious cabin with many standard features, more amenities available through packages, and an overall tremendous value, especially for a luxury vehicle. The Mercedes, in contrast, has a less spacious cabin and fewer standard features.

Performance

There are several performance options available for the 2020 INFINITI Q60. Even at the base level you can’t go wrong with the impressive engine and choice of powertrain. The base engine, which comes standard on the first two trim levels, is a turbo charged V6 with a capacity of 3.0L. The base engine produces 300 HP and just under 300 LB-FT of torque. This engine comes with a seven-speed automatic transmission. The standard drivetrain is rear-wheel drive, while all-wheel drive is an available option. The same drivetrain options and a seven-speed transmission are standard on the second engine, which powers the Red Sport 400. Beneath the hood of this trim is a sport-tuned suspension and engine that produces 400 HP. The Mercedes has an unfavorable ride quality in comparison and only produces a maximum of 255 HP and 273 LB-FT of torque.

Style

The Q60 has a sleek and distinctive style, characterized by head-turning 19-inch wheels and feature-laden exterior that includes bold LED headlights, fog lights, and heated side mirrors for convenience. The Luxe trim, which is next in line, adds a sunroof for style and convenience. A 30th edition appearance package is available for this trim, while the Red Sport 400 can be accessorized with its own set of custom exterior accents. The C 300, in comparison, does not have fog lights, heated mirrors or an available sunroof.

Interior Amenities

The 2020 Q60 also has a well-equipped interior. The base trim gets dual-zone climate control, a dual infotainment screen, multiple USB charging ports, and plenty of safety features. Standard technology includes Bluetooth, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. Wi-Fi, navigation, and heated seats are standard on the top trims. The C 300 is equipped with a single screen infotainment system that’s not as intuitive.
