With a stunning, modern exterior design, an abundance of standard features, and a limited-edition appearance in 2020, the 2020 INFINITI Q60 stands out from the crowd. There are three delightful trim levels available for the 2020 Q60, including a special version called the Red Sport 400 that gets its own more powerful engine. Changes are made to the Q60 this year inside and out, including upgraded interior materials on select trims, a commemorative Edition 30 package that celebrates INFINITI’s 30th year in business, and a new infotainment system that is more user-friendly and intuitive than before. The stylish coupe competes with numerous luxury vehicles, including the 2020 Lexus IS 300. However, the INFINITI offers more driving excitement with better handling, superior power, and an overall more enjoyable cabin.
Performance
There are two engines available for the INFINITI Q60 in 2020. The base engine is a turbo-charged 3.0L with six cylinders. This powerful engine generates 300 HP and produces 295 LB-FT of torque. Although rear-wheel drive is standard, you can choose to get all-wheel drive for your Q60. Both engine types come with a seven-speed automatic engine. The second engine, which powers the Red Sport 400, is a turbo-charged 3.0L V6 with a power capacity of 400 HP and 350 LB-FT of torque. The Lexus, in contrast, has an engine that only provides up to 241 HP and 258 LB-FT of torque.
Appearance
Appearance is another strong suit of the 2020 INFINITI Q60. The 2020 Q60 has some standard features across the board, along with some variation among trim levels. The base trim comes loaded with head-turning 19-inch wheels, fog lights, LED head lights, and heated side mirrors. A sunroof is available from the second trim level and up. Auto-dimming mirrors are offered through a package. The Red Sport 400 gets its own set of exterior accents, and you can outfit the mid-level trim with the 30-year anniversary package. The Lexus IS only gets a limited range of choices for its exterior appearance, and it only has changes to wheel design and trim on select models this year. Only 18-inch wheels are available if you upgrade from the base trim.
Amenities
Inside, the Q60 is packaged with amenities. A keyless ignition system is standard on the base trim, as are power-adjustable seats and dual-zone climate control. The base infotainment system is a split-screen design with an eight-inch upper screen and a seven-inch lower screen. Two USB charging ports, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto are standard. The Lexus only offers a single screen infotainment system.
