Kudos for Ben Waldon

 

To Whom It May Concern:

 

I am writing today to share with you the excellent service I received from Ben Waldon two weeks ago.

 

As a single woman I was hesitant going to a dealership to purchase a car. Actually, I always envisioned a dealers as vultures hovering over their prey J. I made my fears clear to Ben and he made it clear that he  always does the best for his customers. And, I have to say that I agree. He asked me some questions about what type of car I wanted and proceeded to show me a couple of cars and clearly explained my financial options. He was patient in answering all of my questions. After evaluating my options, I am proud to say I am a proud owner of a 2008 Infiniti G35.

 

Ben was wonderful to work with. I was delighted to work with a salesperson whose knowledge, respect and sense of humor (he was my pseudo father during the process) made my car purchasing process a pleasure. Thank you for hiring people like Ben. If anyone I know mentions they want an Infiniti, I will send them straight to Ben.

KUDOS for Dennis Epps


To whom it may concern:

On Saturday, we purchased our first Infiniti FX35 and the experience was wonderful! The transaction was very smooth and quick and the service was superb! Dennis Epps did an excellent job in explaining all of the technical aspects of the FX as well as the performance of both the 2009 and 2008 model years. In addition to Infiniti's product knowledge Dennis was very knowledgeable of Infiniti's nearest competitor and clearly defined the advantage of owning an Infiniti. After the decision was made to purchase the FX and the deal was complete we then left the dealership near 8:00PM. This is very interesting because Infiniti of Gwinnett closes at 7:00PM but Dennis and his team decided to take a little extra time to make sure we were serviced properly. Upon leaving in our new SUV Dennis noticed that the drivers floor mat had been removed by another salesperson for their client just prior to cleaning the vehicle for our delivery. Dennis has been diligently trying to find a replacement this week but has been unsuccessful due to servicing numerous clients. I am formally requesting that Dennis Epps be recognized for his ongoing excellent customer support and knowledgeable and technical sales skills and practices.

Thanks Steve for all your help. I really enjoyed my drive from your dealership to Thomson. I have to say the intelligent cruise control is a wonderful feature. The vehicle rides like a dream. Just so you
know, I was in contact with Infiniti dealerships in AL, NC, SC, GA, FL, KY and TN. Your dealership was the only dealership that was able
to offer me what I wanted and at the price I wanted to pay. I have purchased many vehicles but have never purchased a vehicle via the
internet before, however, I believe my future purchases will go this route. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience. I hate car
shopping, but you made it a pleasure.

Dear Mr. Kendrick,

   Prior to August 22, 2008 I, Freddie H. was in the market for an Infiniti FX-35, and I corresponded with several Infiniti dealerships in Florida, Augusta, Ga. and in the Atlanta area in search for the vehicle of my choice.

 

After corresponding with Mr. Masoud  Sharifi, via e-mail I found his personality to be very pleasant, confident, and with a sense a humor. After finding the Infiniti I requested,  I make a journey from Warner Robins, Georgia to visit your dealership.

 

 Upon arrival to Infiniti of Gwinnett I found Mr. Sharifi to be very courteous, friendly and professional. He allowed me to make my choice of selection at my own pace without the sales pitch. Mr. Sharifi was very knowledgeable about Infiniti, patient in demonstrating the many features of the Infiniti, and conducted himself as a true professional. My questions were answered when asked, and the pressure tactic to purchase an Infiniti never occurred. For the reasons fore-mentioned, I am very grateful for the professionalism exhibited by Mr. Sharifi.

 Please express my appreciation and satisfaction to Mr. Sharifi for a job well done and a vehicle I am very excited about.
