I found my car buying experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett to be almost enjoyable. The salesman (Steve Pennamen) and the sales manager (Kipp) were very knowledgable about Infiniti, and very friendly in every dealing I had with them ? including price negotiation which wasn't high pressure. They let me leave the lot on my first trip out (fact finding mission) and contact them when I was interested to buy. They were fair and honest in all dealings. I would highly recommend to friends, and if I buy an Infiniti again, I'll look to work with Steve again!

Steve Pennamen was more than helpful, the most straightest salesman I have encountered in shopping around. He was honest and willing to work with you. He clearly was not trying to pull any tricks and allowed for a relaxed and less stressful experience. I was extremely glad to have gotten lucky enough to work with Steve. The dealership on the whole seemed well run and everyone was willing to help us.

It was overall a great experience. I'd go back. Goran Cisic was a bit pushy at the end with the various warranties and he lost his cool at the end with an employee and was a bit harsh with me afterwards. That left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth as that was the last real interaction. But Steve was great!

This dealer was great to work with. I came with intentions of trading my truck in for a used car, but the great folks at Infiniti of Gwinett set me up with a brand new Infiniti. The service was great and all the employees were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back here.

Steve was awesome. Informative but not pushy. I hate buying cars, but he made the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I was driving a 2000 Dodge Durango, with 170,000 miles. It was difficult to give up that space, but now I am in love with my new car. I am impressed with the gas mileage the G25 obtains. At today's gas prices, that was definitely a factor in my decision.

From the minute I walked in the door I enjoyed my experience with Infiniti. They are truly a "no pressure" type of car dealership. I had great information and no pressure but felt like I got a great deal. Absolutely love my Infiniti. Terrance was terrific in his professionalism and was very personable. Loved my entire experience.

The length of time I was waiting was so short; I will definitely go there again for scheduled oil changes. It was so nice that they feel that my time is valuable and get you in and out so fast. Also the waiting area is very nice with snacks, coffee, water,etc. The service advisor was extremely helpful. I had some staining from jeans on my seats and he had the detail shop remove it. It looks so much better.

We purchased the infiniti and have had a wonderful experience ever since. Each and every time we have to service, we get the Red Carpet from Matt Schnall and the service department. On a scale from 1-5, with 5 being the best, I give Matt Schnall a "6?. Anything we need, we get the service and care everyone would like to have when taking care of a vehicle.

I bought my car from Infiniti of Gwinnett a year ago and dealing with DENNIS EPPS was a wonderful experience. However, the reason I'm rating this dealership right now is because I stopped by one day for Dennis to help me program my radio (I had added satellite). When he realized I did not have Roadside Assistance programmed into my phone, he immediately added it and told me he never lets a customer drive out with a new car without it (someone else had checked me out after my purchase). Well, fast-forward to last week: my tire blew out on the interstate at 6am. It was dark and I was shaking from the incident?not sure what to do?then I remembered that Dennis had put the number at my fintertips?literally! I felt immediate relief. THANKS SO MUCH DENNIS?you rescued me!!

AMAZING!! Paul delivered on everything we asked for. My QX is in perfect condition and I LOVE IT!!! Steve made the paperwork so easy and in less than an hour I was driving my new car home!

We had been looking for a gently used QX56 with low miles and Paul didn't stop until he found the perfect one. He gave us an amazing deal and made us feel confident in our purchase since it is a certified Infiniti. The warranty is excellent, 100K miles, we couldn't ask for more!

Steve was so patient and walked me through all the cool gadgets and even programmed the Bluetooth so my phone was working before I even left the dealership! I know that I can pick up the phone at any time and Steve or Paul will walk me through any of the cars feature that I can't figure out.

Just phenomenal! The level of customer service provided by everyone we worked with was super. This was my first time buying a car for Infiniti of Gwinnett and their Salesperson DENNIS EPPS and Sales Manager Kipp was just phenomenal people to work with. Dennis and Kipp went above and beyond to help us get this amazing Infiniti M35, just lovely. Dennis was the prefect Salesperson, having great knowledge able the vehicles we were interested in. Bryce Busby is one of the most knowledgable and professional Service Advisor's I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He is one of the main reasons I continue to do business with Infiniti of Gwinnett. I have been working around cars with my friends and family and other car service professionals for over 40 years and hands down he is one of the best. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Judson Kilgore today who deals mostly with express service (An Oil Change was one of the reason for my visit). He, like Bryce, was very friendly and knowledgable. Both do an excellent job representing Infiniti of Gwinnett and should be recognized for that.
My only complaint is the attire the Service Advisor are now wearing. I liked dealing with Service Department guys in Polo shirts, not Shirt and ties. I think the Infiniti Polo Shirts gave them more credibility; they wouldn't be afraid to get dirty when checking out a vehicle's problem or to "Hold a Wrench" for a Mechanic. The shirt and tie gives them a sense of arrogance and is inappropriate dress for a Service Department, not to mention that it is unsafe to wear a tie around running engines.

After thoroughly enjoying my first Infiniti FX35 for 7 years, I was in the unfortunate position of having to purchase another car. As it often times is, purchasing another car was not an expected or desired need. I was going through a difficult personal time, and having to unexpectedly buy a new car was NOT on my to-do list!

Many a car salesperson would have taken advantage of someone in a difficult situation, with few choices. I was entirely fortunate to meet Dennis Epps @ Infiniti of Gwinnett!

I was very clear on my needs and buying comfort zone. Mr. Epps listened and did an excellent job coming up with a great pre-owned vehicle that I could afford, that was reliable AND that I would have fun driving!

In short, Mr. Epps is professional, fair, and an all around decent person. For me, he turned what could have been a terrible situation into a very unexpected positive experience.

I would highly recommend Infinity of Gwinnett for their exceptional customer service and great maintenance department.

The employees are always helpful & nice. I only came for the oil to be changed but Judson helped to get my cell phone paired with the car. One of his co-workers explained that I could also use a bar coder app + savvy shopper app to save money. Thanks so much! My boss will think I'm wonderful if I can use it here at work! Also just FYI- y'all do a super job about washing the car. One of my sister has several BMWs in her family (an X5, two kids drive X3s & a 325 (think thats the number) & I told her that y'all wash the car with an oil change. She couldn't believe it because the BMW place does not wash their cars with oil change. I told her that she should be buying Infinitis!

Enjoyed the no pressure sales approach. Dealership allowed my family the time and space to discuss and make a decision. Sales staff was extremely fair on our trade in price and overall negotiation process. Do your homework prior and have the facts and process goes faster. I was in and out in under 2 hours total. We have had the QX56 for only a few days but it is Awesome!! We tested the Sequoia, Navigator, Range Rover Sport, Landcruiser and Lexus LX470 and the QX56 was the best Value (price options, appearance) for a Luxury SUV. This coming from a Loyal Toyota and Lexus person. First tank of gas AVG 14.5 MPG with nearly no highway travel.

Byron and his customer oriented approach is what "service after the sale" is all about. I talked to Ben before I got to the showroom and we actually worked out a deal before I went in. I got a great deal and Ben was instrumental in me getting a great deal. All I had to do was go in look at the car. The car was right on; the right color, the right options, everything. This is my 3rd car from Infiniti of Gwinnett: two coupes and now the convertible. I have been taking my G35 to Bryce at Infiniti of Gwinnett for several years and have had nothing but great experiences each visit. He is always very accommodating and makes sure that my car is ready in a timely manner. If I am ever in a rush and can't wait for the service to be done, he doesn't hesitate to offer a loaner car for my convenience. Bryce always lets me know what repairs are urgent and also gives me a timeframe for those services that will need to be done in the future so that I can better plan for such expenses.

I have honestly never dealt with anyone in this industry that I trust more than Bryce. Not once have I felt that any unnecessary repairs were being suggested or that my service bill was any higher than it reasonably should be for the work done. Each time I meet an Infiniti owner I refer them to Bryce without hesitation and regardless of what part of town they live in because I know the excellent service will be well worth the drive. I am a very happy customer thus far and wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else!

I bought this car only 2 weeks ago ? pre-owned, still under warranty but still not brand new. A week after purchasing it, I noticed the windshield leaking near the driver's side. I had to take it in for an oil change and when I mentioned the windshield, they checked it out and replaced it without hesitation. As for the standard service needs, they were thorough, reasonable and explained what they did and what to expect in the months ahead for service needs. Excellent service.

I was in the market for a new car but wanted to get a luxury automobile. The first thing that stood out about Infinity of Gwinnett over all the other dealerships visited was there friendly, courteous staff. In particular "Chris Davis" who on a very cold January day saw me clear across on the other side of the dealership lot. I was not even on the lot for more than 3 minutes when he came out on a cold day to greet me and then started my car buying experience. We looked at all the older 2010 models first before looking at the new 2011 G37 models. After spending a few hours with Chris which was a most pleasant experience I must say, I told him I wanted to shop around before buying. He was absolutely fine with that and did not pressure me into buying at all. Simply gave me his card and said if there was any questions to please give him a call.
I spent the remainder of the week visiting other fine automobile dealerships in the Atlanta area but never got the service and professionalism that I experienced with Chris Davis at Gwinnett Infinity. Although there were lots of other nice luxury automobiles I looked at such as BMW, AUDI, LEXUS and ACURA to name a few, I never got the level of customer service from any of the other dealers that I experienced from Chris Davis at Gwinnett Infinity. I then went back near the end of January to see Chris Davis at Gwinnett Infinity and purchased my new 2011 Infinity G37. If your in the market for a luxury automobile before buying at least take the time to visit Gwinnett Infinity and see Chris Davis. I highly recommend it because I know if customer service is important to you in buying a luxury automobile you will not be disappointed.

I bought a QX56 back in the fall. When I was in the market for a car, I wasn't real sure what I wanted. I went to the Infiniti of Gwinnett website to look around and called the sales number they had listed. Dragan answered. I had a slew of questions about a number of their cars and he patiently answered each and every one. I decided I needed to come in and test drive a few a couple days later. I think I drove 4 different cars, and Dragan was happy to spend a lot of time with me answering questions about all of them.

I ended up buying the QX56. Dragan took his time to explain each and every tiny feature on the car so I knew exactly what I was getting. A couple weeks later I accidentally set off the car alarm. I'd forgotten how to turn it off so I just kept pressing buttons until it stopped. I called Dragan on his personal number to find out how exactly to turn off the car alarm, and of course he told me. I couldn't believe my sales guy was allowing me to call him on his own phone to help me out. He'd told me to do so, and I was surprised to find he actually meant it!

I love my Infiniti, and I will definitely keep doing business with Infiniti of Gwinnett. My whole experience there has just been fantastic.

He worked with us to get the best price possible on our trade-in vehicle, which allowed us to purchase the 2010 qx56. Once home, we noticed a few scratches on the car, and Don was able to have those repaired within a timely manner. I would return to this dealership.

I had a wreck the Monday after Thnksgiving 2010 and total my Nissan pathfinder that was paid for so I was in the market for a car during Christmas. The weather was rainy and cold and my work hours 10-6pm. I searcehd the internet and found a car I liked at Infiniti of Gwinnett and called the number around 6am one morning and actually spke with someone being Mr. Dennis Epps and told me I reached the afterhour sales number and he would be gald to help me. I was so shocked. He offered to let met see the car early that morning and he met me there and I let and went to work and he did a follow up call to ask me what I thought of the car. I wanted to see some different cars but I knew it was going to late by the time I traveled after 630 pm in traffic up 85n to view the cars but Mr. Epps and the dealership was willing to keep the business open for me and allow me to look, ask questions and even go for a test drive. That was truly an awesome jesture and I was sold frome that point. I have visited the dealership since my purchase and they greet me like and old acquaintance askig me If I'm stilling enjoying my car and How am I doing. i would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I went to Infiniti of Gwinnett intending only to look at several used Infiniti M35?s. I had already seen others at two other dealerships and had done some research, but I wasn't quite ready to buy. Then two things came together ? the right car and Steve Pennamen. Steve has been nothing but a pleasure to work with and has been very attentive to every detail, including pointing out a small tear in the seat leather that I might have missed so it could be repaired. The car was in immaculate condition and while the price wasn't the cheapest, it was fair (note that they do not negotiate their internet pricing, and while the pricing is fair, if you want to negotiate to the lowest price possible, this isn't the dealer to do it with. I decided that I preferred to be working with a quality dealer than to try to save a few bucks).

I appreciate that Steve personally handles things to ensure they are done right and doesn't just hand me off to others (credit, service, etc.) without following through and making sure things were handled properly. My experience so far with Steve and with Infiniti of Gwinnett has been the best I've ever had with a dealer. And make sure you ask for Steve if you go in ? not all salesmen are created equal, and Steve is first class!

I purchased my 2nd car from Don in the past 3 years. He has always been very upfront, honest, patient and accomodating. Nothing more can be asked of a sales rep. It's also very refreshing to see the same person nearly 3 years later at the same dealership. If you are in the market for an Infiniti you would be a fool not to give Don and Infiniti of Gwinnett a shot at your business.

Bought my first Infiniti and Richard Ball was very helpful in finding me a car that would fit my lifestyle and needs. Richard called me right away and worked with me on figuring out all my options along with Rob in finance. Rob was also fast and very helpful in discussing my terms of the vehicle loan. Brent Lamb and Bryan Young where very helpful in there knowledge of maintenance of the vehicle and Brent also filled me in on all the accessories (floor mats & key protectors) for my car to keep it looking it's best from wear and tear. All in all from start to finish Everyone was great, friendly and helpful?.With that being said, please do not mail out your so called token of appreciation or gift as you call it with a Dollar bill in it, it's a joke!
Heres an idea from someone in the marketing business, give new customers 10 dollars off an oil change (that way you get the money back into the company and its not down grading to the new customer receiving a whole dollar after purchasing a 30,000+ dollar car LOL!

Was looking for a slightly used G37. Found mine on the Infiniti of Gwinnet website at their "internet price", which was less than what I had seen on the sites for Infinit dealers in NC, SC, AL, GA and Tn. In fact, the car had about 6-7k fewer miles than the other comparables. Don was great. We had a brief conversation on the phone, prior to coming out. The test drive and purchase took less than 90 minutes (should be noted that my wife and kids were with me). Spoke to the sales mgr while waiting on paperwork, etc. The entire process and experience far exceeded my expectations.

I read a couple of negative reviews about the pricing policies (no negotiating on used cars)at this store. After researching the QX56 2008, I noticed their prices were better than others Infiniti dealers to start. For that reason, I decided to check out their vehicles.

I found their selection much nicer than the one I found at my local dealer, and they were all priced aggressively. All the prices were listed on their website as internet specials. Once I found the one that I wanted to purchase, I asked for a discount. Why not, right? They explained that they advertised their best price and it would only be reduced by time. This vehicle had been on their lot about a week. I had been watching the local dealers websites for the color I wanted and this one popped up. Because they were already cheaper than my other potential vehicles on the market, I decided to move forward with the purchase.

I found the pricing system very refreshing and wonder why more dealers don't adopt this way of selling. They explained that about 10% of the people that look at their cars don't believe them when they explain the system and more often than not get mad and storm out and sometimes just sit in their car before coming back in to purchase. They explained that people over the years had voiced their displeasure at the back and forth old school way and they finally adopted a system similar to Carmax over several years ago. It made sense to me to cater to the 90%, rather than the 10% who expect to or enjoy the stereotypical car experience.

I was searching on the internet for the best possible price for a used Nissan Murano. I found several, and had several dealers to call. They were all very pushy and wanted me to come in to do a test drive. Don from Infinity of Gwinnett sent me and email and then called me and not once was he pushy or insisting that I come in for a test drive. He offered to bring the Murano to my home or my work for me to look at. He was very helpful in assisting with my finacing and letting me know what the payments would be and what I could live with. My experience was great!

I bought a pre-owned M45s two years ago from Don Wroble and it was a great experience. I would've preferred some negotiation on the dealer's part but thats not how they roll and ultimately I felt like I got a good deal on a fine automobile which is what it's all about. In addition to the sales experience, subsequent visits to the service department at the dealership were great. All in all, a terricic bunch of folks to work with?I still talk to Don regulary even though I've since sold the car. I'll certainly consider Gwinnett Infiniti the next time I purchase a vehicle?maybe they'll discount the next purchase for a return customer. : )

Without knowing much information about the FX-35, I responded to an Auto-Trader.com posting as an inquiry. Don Wroble responded and we started a conversation about the different FX-35 vehicles that he had available. Within five hours, I had successful found the perfect car and was able to get a fair price for my trade-in.

Don delivered the car to me in Nashville, TN from his dealership near Atlanta. Talk about good service! This eexperience is one that I intend to repeat again.

My overall experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett was exceptional to say the least. I'm only 25 and had to get my loan through a Credit Union which took about a week and a half to finalize. The sales person, Steve Pennamen, was very patient through the whole loan completion process. He is what made made my whole experience at the dealership as smooth as possible.

He fully explained everything about the car and all of it's features, taking the time even in the rain to show me all the 2010 Infiniti G37 Sedan had to offer. I left the dealership with a full understanding of all the features included in the car, along with all warranty and servicing information. Steve represents the full competence that all dealerships should follow. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends.

Mr. Dennis Etts was the salesman at Infiniti of Gwinnett who assisted me in my purchase of a new 2010 M35 in January 2010. He was honest, square dealing and most of all he was extremely considerate of my family. Mr. Etts made my buying experience unforgetable because of his diligence in quickly finalizing an honest deal. It is extremely rare to have a salesman to be their for you 100% through the sale and service of your vehicle. I have been a customer of Infiniti of Gwinnett since August 2007, and I refuse to give my business to any other dealership. My purchase of a new 2007 & 2010 M35 from Infinit of Gwinnett is proof that excellent service demands loyalty. What can I say, so awesome. Simple process from start to finish. Answered all of my questions, salesmen were nice, knowledgable, and were able to work with us. Finance guys made things smoother than any other dealer I have dealt with in the Atlanta area. Bar none, the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I bought a new 2011 M37 Sedan.

This car exceeds anything else we looked at in the market.

This is the second car we purchased from IOG.

Their service is great!

We still checked several other Infiniti dealers in the Atlanta area, but none are in the same class as IOG.

We keep coming back to IOG because of the ease of doing business with them and the great prices they gave us.

The paperwork process was sooo easy & quick.

We will continue to buy our next cars from IOG & Richard Ball.

A decent place. Steve Pennamen was the car salesman ? he was a fair guy and was upfront and honest about most things. I got a 2010 FX 35. I liked dealing with him. I'd suggest asking for him if you choose to go to this place. I was not made to wait and was done in about 3 hours including test driving both the G sedan and the FX 35.

I am so pleased with my used car/previously owned purchase from Infiniti of Gwinnett. My wife's 2008 Journey is everything she wanted. (We also purchased an Infiniti QX4 SUV in 2001.) The price was great, very competitive and fair. I have brought my wife's Journey and my QX4 in for regular maintenence and the staff in the service department have all been very professional and courteous. I like knowing I can rely on Infiniti of Gwinnett for their consistently friendly and respectful customer service, their great pricing & deals, and I just like they way they treated me and my wife. I have purchased three vehicles from Infiniti of Gwinnett. All have been superior vehicles. The sales people are always so nice and friendly and not your typical "car salesmen". I liked their attention to details and they are always making sure I get what I need, no matter what. Service department is also fantastic, affordable, and easy to deal with. This dealer has always been a pleasure to deal with, particularly the Internet Sales team. They are low pressure and really will give you the best offer they can the first time around with rare exception. They will also take their time with you and work almost exclusively online if that works for you. I just got back today from looking at some pre-owned M35?s which I DID NOT purchase, but I have bought from them before with nearly the entire transaction and paperwork done online. As with most dealerships, watch the high pressure from the finance manager on the backend. Overall a very good experience throughout the years.
