INFINITI of Gwinnett Service Department is the absolute best around. We drive 2 hours to have our vehicle serviced by them because other INFINITI dealerships closer to us on the southside of Atlanta are a joke, rude, or unfamiliar with their own cars. From the first time i called this dealer their service team made us feel like family. GREG always handles any issue including warranty work professionally and with care, while getting things done timely. They have handled two warranty claims with absolute no issues, and took great care of our car as if it were their own.

The car sales person was very kind. I purchased the vehicle from out of town and a couple of weeks later there was a panel on the vehicle that kept popping out. I called the sales person and I was told since that management could not assist me. I felt like when they cleaned the vehicle up they should have noticed the panel . I will not purchase a vehicle out of town again because it seems you do not get the service you deserve.

Sales and finance associates were great but the dealership policy around putting gas in a purchased vehicle would prevent me from returning or recommending this dealership. We drove over 3 hours to help my son purchase his dream car. After the purchase my son was informed that the dealership would not fill the purchased car up for his return home and had to take $50 out of his pocket after spending $42k on the car. Purchased a used 2025 INFINITI QX60 on 11/29/25 that was represented as having a clean CARFAX with no disclosed damage. After purchase, my car detailer discovered paint overspray, signs of prior body repair on the passenger rear quarter panel and bumper repair. The dealership has denied responsibility, citing an as-is sale and the CARFAX report, despite clear physical evidence of repair. Disappointed that a franchised INFINITI dealer would sell a vehicle with undisclosed body work and refuse to address it. Posting for consumer awareness and hoping INFINITI corporate will review.
